Casey Jackson MHCPC CertMRCSLT MASLTIP
Founder & Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Since qualifying at Postgraduate level with distinction in 2011, I have had a successful career supporting children aged 18 months to 18 years in schools, clinics and homes in and around London.
I spent 8 years working for the London Children’s Practice (formerly Ruth Jacobs’ Children’s Therapy), one of the largest and best-known paediatric Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) practices in the UK. Here I held the position of lead Schools’ SaLT as well as acting as Schools’ Clinical Advisor to my colleagues. Between us we worked in some of the country’s most prestigious Independent schools.
Alongside Inside Out Therapy, I have until recently also worked for a reputable local authority service with secondary-aged students who have mild to profound hearing losses, a passion and now specialism of mine.
My first degree in English Language and Linguistics, postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy and my varied experience working with a diverse paediatric population in and around London has equipped me with skills for supporting children of all ages with wide-ranging communication needs.
My work in both the state and independent sectors has given me access to training and mentoring, ensuring that my clinical practice falls in line with the current evidence base.
I am regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a certified member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) as well as the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).
I hold a complete and up-to-date enhanced DBS check and am committed to ongoing safeguarding training.
